GALILEO’S ADVENTURE – a team event focused on interaction, cooperation and communication

The Galileo Adventure team event is suitable for your team if you want to focus on improving team interaction, mutual understanding, cooperation and communication, and do all this in an exciting and playful way. The team event lasts 2 hours and takes place simultaneously in the office and on the city streets around the office.

At the beginning of the game, we form 3-5 teams, depending on the number of participants, and divide the players into different roles: card readers, communication specialists, and engineers. During the game, the participants can switch roles. The card readers, who are located in your office, lead their team to the “client”, who is located at a designated location near your office, the communication specialists pass on the task to the engineers, which needs to be solved at the client, and the engineers solve the problem situation or task at the client.

What is about to happen is very exciting for the participants themselves, as well as for HR managers. You may learn something exciting about your team and which employee fits well into which role in everyday life!

The game is especially suitable as part of a corporate inspiration, training, seminar or collaboration day.
